Our Parallaxx TTM Mentor will come to your worksite or organisation to assist you with any of the following needs:

- Verification task sign offs at your worksite (Worksite must be suitable for the required verification tasks)

- Toolbox attendance (Half days can be arranged, please ask)

Who is this for?
Organisations who:
- do not have the internal mentoring capability

- want to expedite the process as quickly and efficiently as possible

If you don't have the knowledge, capability, and time, this is the solution for you! If you want an experienced TTM Mentor to come in and work with you or your crew, this service is designed for you.
Duration:
Our Parallaxx TTM Mentor will spend 8 Hours onsite. The pricing includes 2 hours to accommodate for TTM Mentor travel and paperwork preparation and completion related to the requested service.
Pricing:
$1500.00 + GST per day.
Half days can be accommodated on request.
Cancellation notice:
Please note when you book a Parallaxx TTM Mentor you are holding space on the mentor's calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you need to cancel, we respectfully request that you provide no less than 3 working days’ notice of cancellation.
Any cancellation or reschedule made in less than 3 working days will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services unless agreed otherwise.
Changes to Scheduled Mentoring:
Please note that once the service has been scheduled and the calendar invite sent, additional change requests to the booked service will incur an administration charge of $65.00 + GST per hour, with a minimum 1-hour charge.
The reason for this is because once the service has been scheduled, any changes require additional administration such as internal coordination, On-Road TTM hire if applicable, notification to advise the scheduled mentor so that they can prepare for any new requests - such as preparation of the applicable paperwork required.

You can use one of our assessment locations to complete the verifications with our Parallaxx TTM Mentor, using your On Road TTM vehicles, crew and equipment.
