Neil is the Lead Consultant at Parallaxx and heads the team of Traffic Managers that are dedicated to various major projects. Neil himself is one of the principal Traffic Managers for CityRail Link whist simultaneousely providing support, guidance, training and coaching to our other dedicated Traffic Managers imbedded in other projects.
Neil has a Diploma in Civil Engineering and is a Level 2/3 STMS NP, qualified Temporary Barrier Designer and Installer and a qualified NZTA Advanced Planner.
In his spare time Neil is an avid Ceroc Dancer and regularly competes all around New Zealand.
