This course is another huge step up from Level 1 STMS. We recommend project managers, consultants, engineers and planners progress to this level if they are going to be directly involved in planning projects involving TTM. It is also the stepping stone to Level 2/3 Practising STMS for field staff wanting to move to the next level and work on high volume roads. Field staff are recommended to gain some experience at Level 1 before progressing however this is not mandatory.
